Fresh pasta making with Silvia Nacamulli - dairy/vegetarian
In this authentic Italian workshop, Italian Jewish cook Silvia Nacamulli will teach you the secrets of fresh pasta making. From making the perfect dough to rolling and cutting the pasta into Fettuccine and Tagliolini. And for those who would like a challenge she will teach how to make filled pasta, such as ravioli with spinach and ricotta and tortelli with pumpkin and amaretto. You will also learn how to make a traditional Italian tomato sauce and other pasta sauces, including a sweet pasta with ricotta cheese, sugar and cinnamon!

Italian cooking in the Jewish tradition - with Silvia Nacamulli
A unique combination of flavours of two food-worshipping cultures, the Italian and the Jewish one. Silvia Nacamulli is from Rome, home to Europe's oldest Jewish community, and was brought up cooking in the Italian Jewish tradition. In this hands-on class, Silvia will teach you the secrets and origins of unique dishes that are sure to become favourites in your own kitchen. The meat used is kosher.
